Please request your Friend/Colleague to send out an invite.
Once the invite is sent, please check your email for the invite and click on the "Join Team" button.
Once you click on the Join team, button you will be added to your Friend/Colleague's team.
If you would like to switch back to your team at any point, you can do it from the dashboard. Here is how:
