Since we offer a lifetime free plan for the users to explore before getting the paid plan, we do not have a refund policy according to our Terms 4.1.b.

For recurring payments, Steve AI subscriptions work on an Auto-renewal basis. If you do not wish to continue your subscription for the upcoming month/ year, you can cancel it anytime from the My Plans section.

Upon unsubscribing, the auto-renewal will be stopped. After the subscription period ends, the plan will be moved to free.
